Consent to Collection and Processing of Personal Data

General Provisions

The Data Subject, acting freely, by their own will and in their own interest, expresses interest and gives full consent to the Operator for collection and processing of personal data provided through the Application/website moskva.kz, and confirms that they have read the Privacy Policy of Moskva Business Center posted in the Application and on moskva.kz.

Collection and processing of personal data are carried out in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan. This Consent is provided for any actions by the Operator with respect to personal data necessary to achieve the purposes below, including: collection, accumulation, storage, modification, supplementation, use, depersonalization, blocking, destruction, transfer to third parties, including cross-border transfer of personal data (subject to obligations of such third parties to ensure confidentiality and protection of received personal data), in compliance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on personal data and their protection.

Distribution of the Data Subject's personal data by the Operator in publicly available sources is not provided for.

The Data Subject provides the Operator with the following personal information:

• User's first and last name
• Mobile phone number
• Organization/company name

Purposes of Data Processing

Collection and processing of personal data of the Data Subject are carried out for the purpose of:

• Registration and authorization of the Data Subject in the loyalty mobile application/on the Website;
• Improving the quality of services provided through the Application/Website;
• Informing about news, promotions, and events of Moskva Business Center.

Rights and Obligations of the Parties

The Data Subject has the right to:

• Access their personal data;
• Require correction, supplementation, blocking, or destruction of personal data if it is incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate.

The Operator is obliged to:

• Use personal data only in accordance with the purposes specified in clause 3.1 of this Consent;
• Ensure protection and confidentiality of personal data and not sell, exchange, publish, or otherwise disseminate it to an indefinite circle of persons.

Validity Period of the Consent

This Consent enters into force from the moment it is accepted by the Data Subject and remains valid indefinitely until revoked by the Data Subject. The Consent cannot be revoked in cases where this contradicts the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan or where the Data Subject has unfulfilled obligations to the Operator.
